Hi, I’m Steph — an artist and designer based in Perth, creating on Whadjuk Noongar land.

I’ve been painting since childhood and trained as a graphic designer, but it was after a pregnancy loss in 2019 that I returned fully to painting as a way to process, reconnect, and create from feeling. Today, my work is rooted in colour, nostalgia, memory, and life’s quiet in-between moments.

Working with acrylics and oil sticks, I create layered, expressive paintings inspired that seek to create a feeling (rather than a literal time or place).

I’ve collaborated with brands including Yogat, Outback Linen Co, Colby the Label, and Peggy Road, and in 2025 was named a finalist in the Soho Studios Art Prize, Inside This Box (The Corner Store Gallery), the Art to Art Unearthed Art Prize, and The Next Big Thing prize with Toowoomba Gallery.

This path hasn’t always been straight, but it’s one I’m grateful to be travelling on. Thank you for being here with me.
